Terms of Use

Version draft-2026-09-24 · Nexoryx One / NexFin

Agreement and parties

These terms are between Nexoryx One (“Nexoryx”) and the organisation and people using NexFin.

The contracting entity, order of precedence with any pilot agreement, and acceptance mechanics must be confirmed by Nexoryx legal.

The NexFin pilot

NexFin is a financial and procurement decision, workflow and intelligence layer. Access to a pilot workspace is by invitation and approval by Nexoryx. Features available in the pilot are those enabled for your workspace.

NexFin does not execute payments, connect to bank accounts or act as a payment processor. Approving a payment record in NexFin means approved for external payment processing by your own systems.

Accounts and access

You must sign in using the email address that was approved for you. You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep any password confidential. Administrators of your workspace decide who in your organisation has access and with which role.

Your data

Your organisation remains responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data it provides. Ownership, licence, confidentiality, data-processing terms, retention and deletion at the end of the pilot are to be defined by Nexoryx legal.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another organisation's data, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or upload unlawful or malicious content.

Availability and pilot status

The pilot is provided for evaluation. Service levels, support commitments, warranties, liability limits and indemnities are not stated here and must be provided by Nexoryx legal.

Term and termination

How the pilot starts, ends and can be suspended, and what happens to data afterwards, must be defined by Nexoryx legal.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be read and applied in good faith between the parties. Specific governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions will be confirmed in a signed pilot agreement.

Changes

When these terms change their version changes. The version you accept is recorded with the time of acceptance.
